2 spelt loaves
1 mozzarella cheese
100 g bacon
80 g red round tomatoes
40 g grated Parmesan cheese

Hasselback Bread takes inspiration from the Hasselback potatoes in the way it is presented, its carvings, but differs in the ingredients used. All you need is a small loaf of bread, mozzarella cheese, bacon, round red tomatoes, dried oregano and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese. Everything should be gratinated in the oven, and the Hasselback-style stuffed baguette will be ready to serve. The result will be an unusual, colorful, healthy and quick starter to bring to the table. To be served in slices, it is also perfect as an appetizer, for a picnic or a convivial late summer dinner.
