1 durum wheat loaf
Arugula
Mustard
Cream cheese
Salmon
Vodka
Cucumber
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper


Prepare a handful of arugula, season with oil salt and pepper. Mix a tablespoon of mustard together with the cream cheese and spread it on the already toasted bread. Take about 100 grams of salmon already sliced and drizzle it with vodka. Add the salmon slices and arugula to the sandwich and then enrich it with a few slices of cucumber.
