Our History

In 2001 Ambrosini family opened a small bakery, which then became PANÌ in 2003.
In 2006 the bakery grew thanks to the acquisition of an industrial reality that allowed Panì to develop a highly technological production plant.
State-of-the-art machinery to make fresh and long-lasting baked goods always following the ancient recipes of the baker's tradition.
